The biggest leverage for climate action we have is the 10.000 days we spend working. What problem are you solving? How can you use your skills to tackle the biggest challenge of our century? How can we mobilze and educate the 750,000 talents we need to make Germany a net-zero economy & society?
-
We need 750,000 talents in climate jobs to implement the transition into green energy, heating and mobility. We can use this labor shortage to build career paths for disadvantaged communities. We can educate high potentials on the challenges of today so they build the companies of tomorrow.

Radijojo
When I was 6 years old, I heard the slogan of a local radio station: “For grown-ups only.“ That made me very mad. So I told on my father to fund a radio station for children only. I got onto his nerves until he decided to quit his job at Deutsche Welle and start it with me. We interviewed inspiring personalities such as activist Jane Goodall, German Chancellor Dr. Angela Merkel, German President Johannes Rau, but also indigenous leaders.
We were able to win Dr. Angela Merkel as a patroness and were awarded for our work by UNICEF, UNESCO, Deutschland - Land der Ideen and many more.

Media literacy, critical thinking, character development - many essential skills children need in the 21st century are not taught in school. Nothing is more powerful for children than to literally have their voices heard.

fun, educational content on children’s rights, the environment and intercultural exchange
episodes created with and for children - often connecting school classes from around the globe
-
20+ years of educational content
thousands of children created their own radio episodes
Streit-
schlichter-
schokolade
A chocolate to reconnect after a fight - sold nationwide
When I was 10 or 11 my aunt who worked at a chocolate factory gave me a diary for my birthday. As fan of Harry Potter fan and the Weasley twin, I filled the entire booklet with ideas for candies. And one of them ended up selling in stores in the entire country.
The idea: after a fight, you can have a chocolate to resolve your differences and start anew.
It was even eaten by the two parties in the protests around Stuttgart 21, the contested construction of a new train station.
